§ 16-41-22-8 — Maximum attendance

A license permits the assembly of only the maximum number of people stated in the license. The licensee may not sell tickets to or permit to assemble at the licensed location more than the maximum permissible number of people. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-1-42-2(c).]
