§ 16-41-22-6 — Separate licenses
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 41 PUBLIC HEALTH MEASURES FOR THE·Ch. 22 Health, Sanitation, and Safety: Mass Gatherings
A separate license is required for each day
and each location in which at least five thousand (5,000) people
assemble or can reasonably be anticipated to assemble and can
reasonably be expected to continue for at least eighteen (18)
consecutive hours.
