Text

A person aggrieved by the denial or revocation of a license under this chapter may appeal to the circuit court, superior court, or probate court of the county in which the assembly was to gather. The appeal must be taken not more than fifteen

(15)days after the denial or revocation. The appeal is privileged. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-1-42-7.]
