The state department may participate in identifying the appropriate partners to aid in the education components of this chapter, including the following:
(1)Local health departments.
(2)Schools.
(3)Division of aging.
(4)Area agencies on aging.
(5)Employer wellness programs.
(6)Physicians and other health care providers.
(7)Accident and sickness insurance companies and health
maintenance organizations.
(8)Hospitals.
(9)Women's health organizations.
(10)Nonprofit entities.
(11)Community organizations.
