Text
(a)The state department shall designate at
least one (1) laboratory for testing for disorders listed in section 2(a) of
this chapter.
(b)The designated laboratories shall perform tests on all infants for
the detection of disorders under section 2(a) of this chapter.
(c)This section does not prevent other facilities from conducting
tests for disorders under this chapter.
