Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 41 PUBLIC HEALTH MEASURES FOR THE·Ch. 14 Communicable Disease: Testing of Semen Used in
As used in this chapter, "practitioner" means a person who:
(1)performs donor insemination; or
(2)receives, processes, or stores semen intended for donor
insemination.
