§ 16-41-14-20 — Violations
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 41 PUBLIC HEALTH MEASURES FOR THE·Ch. 14 Communicable Disease: Testing of Semen Used in
(a)Except as otherwise provided, a person
who recklessly violates or fails to comply with section 18 or 19 of this
chapter commits a Class B misdemeanor.
(b)Each day a violation continues constitutes a separate offense.
