Text
A practitioner or other person is not required to perform a test on the donor's semen if the following conditions are met:
(1)The semen is labeled indicating that the semen has been
previously tested as required by this chapter.
(2)Evidence is submitted that the donor has been tested as
required by this chapter and all tests were negative.
