§ 16-41-12-12 — Rules
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 41 PUBLIC HEALTH MEASURES FOR THE·Ch. 12 Communicable Disease: Precautionary Measures for
The state department shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to carry out the purposes of this chapter. In formulating the rules, the state department shall consider:
(1)present medical and scientific practices in the field;
(2)rules and regulations of the federal Food and Drug
Administration; and
(3)any other procedure that should be followed to reasonably
ensure the safety of the donor and recipient of blood.
