Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 40 OTHER REPORTING REQUIREMENTS·Ch. 6 340B Drug Pricing Program Reporting
A 340B covered entity that fails to provide the
information required under section 3 of this chapter by the date
required shall pay to the state department a fine of one thousand dollars
($1,000) per day for which the information is past due.
