§ 16-39-9-2 — Fees for records
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 39 HEALTH RECORDS·Ch. 9 Charges Permitted for Providing Copies of Medical
A provider may not charge a person for:
(1)providing a digital copy or digital access through an
interoperability platform of an individual's electronic health
record; or
(2)making and providing paper copies of medical records at an
amount greater than the amount set in rules adopted by the
department of insurance under section 4 of this chapter.
