Text
A provider may not charge a person for:
(1)providing a digital copy or digital access through an
interoperability platform of an individual's electronic health
record; or
(2)making and providing paper copies of medical records at an
amount greater than the amount set in rules adopted by the
department of insurance under section 4 of this chapter.
