Text
(a)The members, agents, or employees of a
hospital medical staff committee may not disclose the identity of any
patient whose records have been studied in a report or publication of
the committee.
(b)The members, agents, and employees of the medical staff
committee shall protect the identity of a patient whose condition or
treatment has been studied and may not disclose or reveal the identity
of any patient.
