§ 16-37-3-16 — Violations
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 37 VITAL STATISTICS·Ch. 3 Certificates of Death and Stillbirth; Burial Permits
(a)This section does not apply to section 3
of this chapter.
(b)Except as provided, a person who recklessly violates or fails to
comply with this chapter commits a Class B misdemeanor.
(c)Each day a violation continues constitutes a separate offense.
