§ 16-37-2-6 — Rules for accepting delayed birth certificates
The state department shall adopt rules
concerning the application for, the supporting documents for, and the
acceptance of delayed certificates of birth. The state department shall
keep delayed certificates of birth in a file separate from other
certificates of birth.
