Text
This chapter does not create any
presumption concerning the intent of a person who has not executed an
out of hospital DNR declaration and order to consent to the
withholding or withdrawal of CPR if a terminal condition exists, or if
a medical condition exists such that the outcome of performing CPR
would have the results specified in section 10(2) of this chapter.
