§ 16-36-4-18 — Presumption of intent to consent to withholding or withdrawal of life prolonging procedures
This chapter creates no presumption
concerning the intention of a person who has not executed a living will
declaration to consent to the withholding or withdrawal of life
prolonging procedures if a terminal condition exists.
