Text

A person who knowingly or intentionally:

(1)falsifies or forges the living will declaration of another person with intent to cause withholding or withdrawal of life prolonging procedures; or
(2)conceals or withholds personal knowledge of the revocation of a living will declaration with intent to cause a withholding or withdrawal of life prolonging procedures; commits a Level 5 felony. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-8-11-17.]
