§ 16-36-2-4 — Conclusiveness of consent

Consent to an autopsy in accordance with this chapter is conclusive as to any rights in the body of a deceased person as against any claim by any other person, but only for the purpose of performing the autopsy. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-8-1-5.]
