§ 16-36-2-2 — Form of consent
For the purpose of this chapter, the consent to an autopsy must contain the purpose of and extent of the dissection so authorized and may be obtained only by the use of at least one (1) of the following:
(1)A written instrument.
(2)A telegram.
(3)A witnessed telephone conversation.
