§ 16-36-1-1 — "Health care"

Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 36 MEDICAL CONSENT·Ch. 1 Health Care Consent
As used in this chapter, "health care" means any care, treatment, service, or procedure to maintain, diagnose, or treat an individual's physical or mental condition. The term includes admission to a health care facility. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-8-12-1(2).]
