Text
(a)The state department shall administer the
pilot program.
(b)The pilot program must include treatment in a residential care
facility located in the following locations:
(1)One (1) facility located in Marion County.
(2)One (1) facility located in Winchester.
(3)One (1) facility located in the southern part of Indiana.
(c)The state department may contract with one (1) or more
appropriate entities to implement this chapter.
