§ 16-35-10-3 — Eligibility for participation
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 35 CHILDREN'S HEALTH·Ch. 10 Opioid Addiction Recovery Pilot Program for Pregnant
To be eligible for participation in the pilot program, a woman must:
(1)either:
(A)be a pregnant woman; or
(B)be a woman with a newborn child; and
(2)seek assistance for recovery from an opioid addiction.
