Text
The commissioner shall designate an
employee of each WIC office as the individual responsible for
performing the voter registration duties of the bureau under this chapter
at that office. The employee designated under this section shall
supervise the registration of voters by other employees of the office and
shall perform any other registration duty required to be performed by
the office under this chapter. Notwithstanding this designation, any
employee of the office may perform registration duties in accordance
with this chapter.
