5.
(a)The state department shall select a
WIC vendor based on vendor selection criteria set forth in 7 CFR
246.12.
(b)The state department shall do the following:
(1)Review the vendor selection criteria annually.
(2)Include the vendor selection criteria in the WIC state plan in
accordance with 7 CFR 246.4(a)(14)(ii).
(3)Publish the vendor selection criteria on the state department's
website.
