Indiana Statutes
§ 16-35-1-1 — Municipal corporation defined
As used in this chapter, "municipal corporation" means a:
(1)county;
(2)township;
(3)city;
(4)town; or
(5)school corporation;
that makes provisions for conducting any kind of health work of a
character qualified to comply with this chapter.
