§ 16-34-2-11 — Attorney's fees
(a)If a judgment is rendered in favor of a
plaintiff under section 9 or 10 of this chapter, the court shall order
reasonable attorney's fees in favor of the plaintiff.
(b)If a judgment is rendered in favor of a defendant under section
9 or 10 of this chapter and the court finds that the plaintiff's suit was
frivolous and brought in bad faith, the court shall order reasonable
attorney's fees in favor of the defendant.
