Text
The superintendent of the home, subject to the approval of the state health commissioner:
(1)has charge and management of the home;
(2)shall direct the care, education, and maintenance of the
children of the home; and
(3)is the chief appointing authority for all employees necessary
to properly conduct and operate the home.
