§ 16-33-4-22 — Gifts, legacies, devises, and conveyances
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 33 SPECIAL INSTITUTIONS·Ch. 4 Indiana Soldiers' and Sailors' Children's Home
The superintendent may, subject to IC 4-24-3-2, receive for the use of the home:
(1)gifts;
(2)legacies;
(3)devises; and
(4)conveyances of real and personal property;
that are made, given, or granted to or for the home or in the name of the
home.
