Text

The superintendent may, subject to IC 4-24-3-2, receive for the use of the home:

(1)gifts;
(2)legacies;
(3)devises; and
(4)conveyances of real and personal property; that are made, given, or granted to or for the home or in the name of the home. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-6.5-5-20.]
