§ 16-33-4-16 — Visitation

Either parent, a guardian, a relative, a representative of the department of child services, or other person approved by the superintendent may visit a child being maintained in the home at times or places the superintendent prescribes. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-6.5-5-16.]
