§ 16-33-3-10 — Parents of child in center unable to pay for costs for services; payment by county

Whenever the circuit court, superior court, or probate court having jurisdiction finds, upon application by the county office of the division of family resources, that the parent or guardian of a client placed in the center is unable to meet the costs that the parent or guardian is required to pay for the services of the center, the court shall order payment of the costs from the county general fund.
