§ 16-32-1-2 — Development of plan for diagnostic and evaluative services

The state health commissioner shall, in
cooperation with appropriate state departments and institutions, as well
as professional organizations and voluntary agencies, develop a plan by
which diagnostic and evaluative services for persons with disabilities
will be available so that the individual may be referred to a
rehabilitation service or services that will assure the maximum
development of the individual's potential and the highest degree of
independence possible.
