Text
Member states shall consider:
(1)a veteran;
(2)an active military service member;
(3)a member of the National Guard and reserves separating from
an active duty tour; and
(4)a spouse of an individual described in subdivisions (1)
through (3);
who holds a current valid and unrestricted National Registry of
Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) certification at or above
the level of the state license being sought as satisfying the minimum
training and examination requirements for the licensure.
