§ 16-31-8-5 — Schedule of costs

(a)The commission shall prepare a schedule of costs for the following:

(1)Emergency medical services.

(2)Administering a claim made against the fund. The schedule must be based on the different levels of emergency response required in the types of accidents caused by operators of motor vehicles who are intoxicated.

(b)The commission shall distribute the schedule to all courts in Indiana having jurisdiction over individuals who have been charged with an offense under IC 9-30-5. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-1-39-23(d).]
