Text
Money remaining in the fund at the end of a
state fiscal year does not revert to the state general fund. However, if
the money in the fund at the close of a particular fiscal year exceeds ten
thousand dollars ($10,000), the treasurer of state shall transfer the
excess from the fund into the emergency medical services education
fund established under IC 16-31-7.
