§ 16-31-8-2 — Administration of fund
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 31 EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES·Ch. 8 Emergency Medical Services Restitution Fund
The department of homeland security shall
administer the fund. The expenses of administering the fund shall be
paid from money in the fund.
