§ 16-31-7-2 — Administration of fund; use of fund
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 31 EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES·Ch. 7 Emergency Medical Services Education Fund
The commission shall administer the fund.
Money from the fund may be used to fund inservice training programs
promoted by the commission.
