Text
A person or entity in possession of a defibrillator shall:
(1)notify the ambulance service provider that serves the area
where the person or entity is located of the acquisition and
location of the defibrillator; and
(2)register the device with the department of homeland security
in a manner prescribed by the department of homeland security.
