Text
This chapter does not apply to the following:
(1)A person who solely dispatches prescheduled emergency
medical transports.
(2)A person who provides emergency medical dispatching during
a major catastrophe or disaster with which individuals or dispatch
agencies certified to provide emergency medical dispatching are
unable to cope.
