(a)As used in this section, "volunteer fire department" has the meaning set forth in IC 36-8-12-2.
(b)As used in this section, "volunteer firefighter" has the meaning set forth in IC 36-8-12-2.
(c)A certificate or paramedic license is not required for a volunteer fire department or volunteer firefighter to engage in extrication or rescue services. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-1-39-12(d).]
