Text
(a)Notwithstanding any other law, a
licensed paramedic or a certified advanced emergency medical
technician may perform advanced life support in an emergency
according to the rules of the commission.
(b)Notwithstanding any other law, a person may, during a course
of instruction in advanced life support, perform advanced life support
according to the rules of the commission.
