§ 16-31-3-17 — Violation; penalty

(a)The department of homeland security
established by IC 10-19-2-1 may issue an order to a person who has
practiced without a certificate or license in violation of this article
imposing a civil penalty of not more than five hundred dollars ($500)
per occurrence.
(b)A decision of the department of homeland security under
subsection (a) may be appealed to the commission under IC 4-21.5-3-7.
