§ 16-31-3-17 — Violation; penalty

Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 31 EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES·Ch. 3 Certification Requirements for the Provision of
(a)The department of homeland security established by IC 10-19-2-1 may issue an order to a person who has practiced without a certificate or license in violation of this article imposing a civil penalty of not more than five hundred dollars ($500) per occurrence.
(b)A decision of the department of homeland security under subsection (a) may be appealed to the commission under IC 4-21.5-3-7. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-1-39-21.]
