5.
(a)As used in this chapter,
"nontransporting emergency medical services vehicle" means a motor
vehicle, other than an ambulance, used for emergency medical services.
(b)The term does not include an employer owned or employer
operated vehicle used for first aid purposes within or upon the
employer's premises.
