§ 16-31-2-12 — Fee
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 31 EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES·Ch. 2 Indiana Emergency Medical Services Commission
The commission may impose a reasonable
fee for the issuance of a certification or license under this chapter. The
commission shall deposit the fee in the emergency medical services
fund established by IC 16-31-8.5-3.
