§ 16-31-11-1 — "Military service applicant"

As used in this chapter, "military service applicant" means an applicant for licensure or certification under this article who has performed service as an active member of any of the following:
(1)The armed forces of the United States.
(2)A reserve component of the armed forces of the United States.
(3)The National Guard.
