Text
(a)As used in this chapter, "comprehensive
care bed" means a bed in a comprehensive care health facility that:
(1)is licensed or is to be licensed under IC 16-28-2; or
(2)functions as a bed licensed under IC 16-28-2.
(b)The term does not include comprehensive care beds in a hospital
licensed under IC 16-21-2.
