§ 16-29-4-2 — "ICF/IID"
(a)As used in this chapter, "ICF/IID" refers to
an intermediate care facility for individuals with intellectual
disabilities.
(b)The term does not include a facility administered under IC 12-11-1.1 or IC 12-22-2.
