§ 16-28-2-1 — License required; licensing of state institutions and municipal corporations

Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 28 HEALTH FACILITIES·Ch. 2 Licensure of Health Facilities
A person must obtain a license from the director before the person may operate a health facility. A state institution or municipal corporation may specifically request licensure and upon compliance with this chapter may be licensed under this chapter.
