Effective 9-1-2025. Sec. 5.
(a)A home health aide competency
evaluation program must:
(1)operate in accordance with 42 CFR 484.80; and
(2)address each topic described in section 4(a) of this chapter.
(b)A home health aide competency evaluation program must
include at least seventy-five (75) hours of training. At least sixteen (16)
hours of classroom training must occur before supervised practical
training.
