§ 16-27-2-2 — "Home health agency"

(a)As used in this chapter, "home health
agency" means a home health agency licensed under IC 16-27-1.
(b)The term does not include an individual health care professional
who provides professional service to a patient in the temporary or
permanent residence of the patient.
