§ 16-25-2-8 — Honoring nurse's orders
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 25 HOSPICE PROGRAMS·Ch. 2 Possession of Certain Drugs and Other Health Care Items
If a home health agency or hospice patient's
care or treatment is being managed, directed, or provided by an
advanced practice registered nurse licensed under IC 25-23, that nurse's
orders will be honored, unless it will cause the home health agency or
hospice to be unreimbursed for the home health agency's or hospice's
service.
